EXIT INTERVIEW QUESTIONNAIRE FOR VOLUNTEERS AND GROUPS RESIGNING FROM THE BETHANY BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT SERVICE.

The Bethany Bereavement Support Group’s General Executive Council (GEC) is very appreciative of all the voluntary involvement that has developed and sustained the organisation for more than thirty years. As we look to the next thirty years we want to learn as much as possible about what makes for a good volunteering experience.

We would greatly appreciate if you could answer this short questionnaire and give us your honest feedback on your time volunteering with Bethany. Your comments will help us to get a realistic picture of what it is we do well and what we need to improve.
